I've never really struggled with my blood sugar, but eating a lot of junk food is definitely an unhealthy stress response when I'm going through difficult times. I've found that when I take this supplement a little while before a big meal, I feel less compelled to eat past the point of satiety and much more clear-headed afterwards. So far it's been a really simple way to curb junk food cravings, without the overtly aggressive stimulant effects of lots of the more hardcore diet pills.
