I have been using this sleep supplement for over a week, independent of any other sleep aid products. In my opinion, this is a mild and natural supplement. I've never used prescription sleep aids, and I am leery of using any products that will lead to dependency. I have used over the counter sleep aids, similar to what is found in Tylenol PM. This 100% Natural product never gave me a groggy feeling in the morning like the over the counter pills sometimes do.
