I know I'm not going to sleep all through the night. I know I'm going to wake up at some point but that 3 to 4 hours has become 4 to 5 and I am able to fall back asleep much easier than before. Just knowing this almost eliminates the frustration I used to feel. I don't feel any grogginess in the morning at all.
