Okay
I took these a few times. Can't tell if they really work or not. I was convinced at first but I'm wondering if it's just in my head or something. I'll keep taking for now until I have trouble sleeping again

Love it
It actually worked for me. I've been able to have full nights sleep and falling asleep isn't a struggle anymore. I just drift away within minutes (i think). It's just effortless and I love it.

Quicker sleep even in college
I'm a college student so its very hard to fall asleep at times because I am always thinking about a mistake I made on my exam or i just can't sleep because I'm thinking about an exam I'm about to take. I was fortunate to be find these. I started taking these capsules as soon as I received them because I was desperate for some sleep.
