Been taking 2 a day for about 2 months now and haven't noticed any significant changes but plan to continue for another month or two to give it a chance.

I have no idea if this product is actually working.......I've seen no change in my symptoms but am giving it another opportunity to do so.

Urgency hasn’t improved lately

I think I was expecting a bit more relief. I do notice an effect but I think I might look for something that works better. Suppose I'll keep taking this in the meantime though. No harm in it.

Bought this for my dad who has been complaining about waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom for years now. He says he notices a little difference but not enough to keep taking. Not sure if there's anything that can be done for this kind of thing.
