This seems to work but I'm not convinced it's helping me any more than my old calcium pills were. Since these are a little expensive, I may switch back when I run out..

It's really too early to tell if this is working yet. I imagine this is the type of thing that I have to give a good 6 months before evaluating whether it is helping me or not.
