Hard to tell
It’s definitely not hurting, and I have not had any side effects. I’m also not sure how much it is helping. I don’t know yet if I’ll reorder. Still evaluating.

Helps a little
It has helped me a little bit. I like the ingredients, but I might try making my own concoction at home.
