Max Effective Minimum Dose
It always bothered me that I was consuming billions of bacteria. I already had gut trouble. It sounded like drinking from a fire hose when you’re dehydrated- but with bacteria. Not a pleasant image, but they all seem to do it so it must be right? This is the only product I’ve found that believes in minimum effective dose- and it works

Happy Tummy
I take probiotics daily to help keep any GI issues at bay. This product is the very best I’ve tried. I feel like this is a really good buy!

It actually works
I have taken a number of these pro/pre biotic remedies before with absolutely no success. Been taking this for a week and it has made a huge difference. I found that taking it at night before bed works best.

Love it so far
I tend to be bloated at least 3-4 times a week, and I haven't been able to link it to any specific food or issue. I got this to help with that and as far as I can see so far it has been! Every morning I take it, and then if I am having a heavy dinner I take one 30 minutes prior and I have yet to be bloated after. I feel like my food is just agreeing with my body more and I am regular and feel/look better. I will definitely keep using it.

5 Stars From Me!!!
After years of bloating and hard stools, I decided to try a probiotic. I used several other brands and found a little relief. I began shopping around for other brands with EXCELLENT reviews and found 3Biome. Great price, great reviews and doesn’t believe in dumping a boatload of CFUs into my stomach.. I bought a bottle, started it immediately and within a day I noticed the difference. I just purchased my second bottle and will continue to do so. I feel good, no bloating, bowel movements are better too.

Bye heartburn
One thing I noticed right away.. Shortly before I began taking this probiotic I was waking up in the middle of the night with searing heartburn. This probiotic has gotten rid of that- and fast. So thankful!!!

Shocked
I'm shocked at how well these worked. I was having some bloating problems and digestive problems and they helped with both. I ordered my second bottle because without them I see the problems come back. Absolutely love them.

Best decision I’ve made
I always wondered if the refrigerated probiotics were more helpful or just a marketing gimmick. I’ve tried them in the past. I think they made some amount of difference, but nowhere near this product! My stomach feels fine. I feel the best I have in years, and they are simple to take. No refrigeration!

Afraid To Stop
This product has been a miracle for me! I’m literally afraid to stop taking it now. I used to have to live my life around my stomach issues. I was hesitant to book social events, go out to dinner, or a movie, anything at all. This is the only thing that settles my stomach. Gave me my life back.
