Give it time
I've been using this product for years. It took a month or 2 for the best result; along with diet change to reduce hormonal responses, like hot flashes. I've recommended this product to my friends and family with menopause and pms symptoms.

No more tropical vacations!
A very good friend of mine recommended I try this product. I figured with all of the hormonal issues, why not. Within 10 days of taking the product, I went from 16 mini tropical vacations a day to maybe 1. I have started on my second bottle and will continue to use it as long as it is available. I owe my friend a giant HUG. I highly recommend this product.

You don't have to suffer
I purchased this product hoping to find relief from hot flashes and night sweats. I'm 48 and the hot flashes just started for me 3 months ago. I had heard that black cohosh can help so I set off on a search to find it. I chose this product over several available because it had clinical backing and all the ingredients I wanted as well as other things I'd not heard of. I started with the recommended dose of 2 in the morning and also 2 at night. 3 DAYS, I realized I had not had a hot flash on the 3rd day! This is an amazing product and I'm happy to recommend it. Thank you to the makers of this, I am grateful to have found relief with the first product I tried! It's also helped with mood swings, that's a huge plus!

Really does work but use common sense
Use common sense to find your ideal dosage (if you weigh 120 lbs., you're probably going to be able to get away with less; if you weigh 200+ you're probably going to need more, no matter what the label says). Take consistently. Give it a month. Good luck. Hope it works for you as well as it worked for me.

Only thing that helped
I am 49 and one day after my cycle ended ( I was very regular every 26 days) the hot flashes started. I missed my cycle for 2 months and was miserable-I was at my wits end with hot flashes and purchased 2 fans. One to wear around my neck and one bedside usb fan for nights. I was waking several times a night and daytime was brutal with hot flashes. I tried several other products. They were not working! I found this product online and gradually the flashes started to cool down. Within 10 days they were gone. And five days later my cycle resumed without warning. I had no breast pain or swelling or mood swings. I will purchase this again and continue to use It saved my sleep!

Actually Helps
This is my second bottle of this product...I take it a few hours before bed and it keeps u cool and u overall have a good night rest...u can also add redimove to your nightly routine.. Your joints will thank u and this also gives u a good night rest.

Works well for overall comfort
This is a helpful item if one is experiencing some uncomfortable feelings associated with menopause such as hot flashes, poor sleep, and personal dryness. I found that using this in combination with a progesterone cream brought back levels of overall body comfort.

3 days and I'm sold
I have only been on this product for 3 days and the difference is night and day. I was not just feeling flush, but started to actually sweat. My sleep has been disturbed for appx 3 weeks because of the hot flashes. I took the first dose in the late afternoon and was able to sleep all through the night immediately. The one flash I experienced was shorter in duration and not as severe. During the day I might experience 1 or 2 with very light effects. I am sold on this product. I'm starting to get my energy back because I'm able to sleep again.
